The apparatus is incredible for building strength, stability and flexibility. It is low impact, resistance training, and can facilitate rehab. Having experienced this first hand, I am very passionate about it. 

I offer 1:1 or 1:2 sessions which are 1 hour in length

Reformer pilates movement for strength and stability

I am a hampshire-based pilates instructor of 6 years. I started practising pilates 14 years ago following a car accident, which left me with some challenging injuries. With consistent pilates practice, I am now so grateful to feel strong and supported within my body.

My classes are programmed using stott pilates principles and functional strength movement, with inspiration pulled from other parts of the pilates equipment. The sequences are joint-friendly, mindful and fun. They will build strength, stability and mobility and get the body moving through all planes.
